Re: Events that were to happen this weekend
I have to express my great disappointment on all of those that did not show up to the events that were being held this weekend. I blame the C/O and X/O's for the lack of attendance of the pilots. It is your responsibility as C/O and X/O's to get your man under you to assist these events. But there is a limits to what the C/O and X/O's can do they cant force the man under them to participate. It has to come from each member. If you don' want to be part of the VUSAF I will appreciate that you send me a email or an message by ICQ with your resignation at once. From now one ALL C/O and X/O's of squadrons as well as C/O and X/O's of wings to report to me on a daily bases if you can I will expect a good reason why you can't. I will also expect all C/O and X/O's of each squadron to contact there man at once for a weekly flight. Which I will ask for a report to be sent to me once the flight is done.

Re: Squadron Move
The 20th Wing has been closed down. In its place we opened the 366th Wing. The reason for this is that the 366th Wing is a composite Wing. Which is composed of four squadrons which fly different air craft. Now we have a Wing the fly the B-1 Bomber, F-16 Fighting Falcon, F-15C Eagle and the F-15E Strike Eagle. The VUSAF thinks that by opening the 366th Wing we have a more capable unit that can do more than one thing. One of the 366th squadron is already full. The 389th Fighter squadron flies the F-16 Fighting Falcon. This squadron is comprised of the old 79th Fighter Squadron. The next squadron to open is the 391st Fighter Squadron which flies the F-15E Strike Eagle. This squad has no C/O so until one is appointed Lt. Col Dragon will fill this position. More changes are in the not to far future.

Re: Air Combat Command
Lt. Col. Dragon:
There was a brief meeting with the Joint Chiefs, JAG, VUSAF Dept. Heads, and
the Commander in Chief. The meeting was designated as a briefing of the NATO rules and
regulations. But, the meeting took a step aside, when the Joint Chiefs brought up
the opening of the Air Combat Command coordinator. This position has been reinstated and there were suggestions on the candidates and credentials
of each. The Joint Chiefs brought up your name. There was much talk and delegation. A vote was taken.
Lt. Col. Dragon, you were appointed as the Commander of the Air Combat Command (ACC). Congratulations!!
Now, how is this possible when the ACC post is an 0-8 slot (Brig.
Gen.). Well, I am sure that you are familiar with the term Adjutant General.
This position, Adjutant General, gives any Commissioned Officer of the US Armed Forces command in whatever the Joint Chiefs deems necessary.
Officially,
you are still a Lt. Col., but you have the command stature of Brig. Gen. So your official letterhead will looks similar to this
Brig. Gen. Paul "Dragon" Boliou Adjutant General, VUSAF Air Combat Command.
Please refer to the UCMJ and US Armed Forces Command Structure (FM10-100-230-1 Art. 13) for more details on your position. You also
may feel free to contact Gen. Mac, Gen. Twoeagles, or myself for any questions and suggestions. Congratulations again.
